SILISOFT GB-HQ730(Silky silicone)
Silky silicone GB-HQ730 has a new chemical film-forming material. It is a new block giant
emulsion siloxane material. It is mainly used for the finishing of natural fiber, synthetic fiber and
their blends, as well as Lycra fabric, which can give the fabric a super smooth, soft,
cooling-touch feel and style.

Properties
Give denim and chemical fiber and other fabrics a better smooth and soft effect;
Used for cotton, Lycra and oder fabric, with smooth and cooling effect;
Used for sweater, core spun yarn, wool, cashmere, coral wool and other fabrics, with
excellent smoothness and softness;
As a dry and smooth component, it can be combined with other softeners to improve
the smoothness of the product, which can meet the hand feel and style of different
fabrics, such as smoothness, softness, fluffy and rebound;
Good resistance of salt, alkali, high temperature and shear.

Field of Application
It is used for the smooth and soft finishing of natural fiber, synthetic fiber and their
blends, as well as the smooth and cooling-touch finishing of Lycra fabric.

Application (Recommended usage: 1:4. )
Padding: Dosage: 10~30g/L Temperature: room temperature
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
Dipping:Dosage:2.0～5.0% (after dilution , o.w.f) Temperature: 30~40℃
Liquor ratio:1:10～15 Time:30mins

Storage and Packing
Shelf life: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
